DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
YOU MUST PAY $250 DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR HOTEL ROOM AND AIRLINE RESERVATION. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE - $250 DEPOSIT DUE JULY NOW, then 7 monthly payments of $130 starting August 2019-February 2020 , and the final 8th payment due MARCH 10, 2020.
IF YOU ARE DEPARTING FROM ANOTHER CITY OTHER THAN JFK, YOUR DEPOSIT DUE AND AIRFARE RATES MAY VARY. THE DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND A REQUIREMENT FROM DELTA TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS REQUIRED.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS IS MARCH 10, 2020.
THIS ESTIMATED TRIP COST OF $1300 is per person based on double occupancy and includes 5 night hotel accommodations, round trip airfare from JFK and daily breakfast. We will be staying at a designer boutique Barcelona hotel that is close to major attractions and moments away from Passeig de Garcia, the fashion and culture heart of the city. RATES ARE ESTIMATED AND WILL BE BASED ON AIRFARE PRICES AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. BARCELONA EXCURSIONS - These are some tours that we are currently looking at, there is a lot to do in Barcelona and we don't want to overload the schedule. We also want to create an itinerary that also allows some leisure time.
