DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Optional Payment plan: Pay monthly installments, anytime, any amount as long as you pay the Final balance by May 6th, 2019.

ALL INSIDE CABINS ARE SOLD OUT.  ALL PRICING IS BASED ON CURRENT INVENTORY, RATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME. EMAIL ME FOR QUOTE FOR CURRENT PRICING. DEPOSIT of $200 ($100 per person) PER CABIN is due NOW.  Each guest must pay $100 per person to reserve your spot.  All prices are per person and based on double occupancy.  ONCE YOUR DEPOSIT IS MADE, PRE-PAID GRATUITY RATE OF 72.50 per person will be added to your RCCL balance.     Single rates, triples and quads can be quoted upon request and is based on availability.  Please note that a triple or quad stateroom will have a pullman bed to accommodate the additional guests.  

 FINAL PAYMENT AND ALL REMAINING BALANCES ARE DUE FOR ALL BY MAY 6, 2019

ADDITIONAL PASSPORT  AND VISA REQUIREMENTS:   PASSPORTS MUST BE VALID SIX MONTHS AFTER CRUISE SAIL DATE, PASSPORTS MUST EXPIRE AFTER MARCH 2020.

 A Tourist Visa is required for all guests traveling to Cuba.  The cost for the tourist visa is $75 and will be added to your Sail pass expense account when you board the ship.  RCCL will obtain your visa and You will not pay for the visa until you are on the ship.

CRUISE IS ALL INCLUSIVE AND INCLUDES MEALS AND NON ALCOHOL DRINKS SUCH AS FOUNTAIN DRINKS, JUICES, WATER, TEA AND COFFEE.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES - PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THESE ARE EXAMPLES OF PACKAGES THAT ARE AVAILABLE.  BEVERAGE PACKAGES WILL INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL 18% GRATUITY FEE, AND ALL GUESTS SHARING THE CABIN MUST PURCHASE THE SAME BEVERAGE PACKAGE. 

CARRY ON BEVERAGES - On boarding day each stateroom can bring up to two bottles of wine or champagne.  Guest may also bring up to 12 cans/bottles of non alcohol beverages.  This allotment is per stateroom, NOT per guest and must be in a carry on bag.  You can not put beverages in your checked luggage. 

REFRESHMENT PACKAGE -  $26 per person per day: Includes freshly brewed  premium coffee/tea, fresh squeezed juices, unlimited soda refills in your souvenir cup, bottled still or sparking water and non alcoholic cocktails.  

DELUXE BEVERAGE PACKAGE - $50 per person per day. Includes premium coffee/tea, fresh squeezed juices, non alcohol drinks, bottled still/sparkling water, premium and frozen cocktails, domestic and imported beers, and a wide selection of wine by the glass. 

GROUP SHORE EXCURSIONS:  There will be an organized group shore excursion when we dock in Cuba and Cozumel.  Details and pricing will be provided at a later date. 

PRE-CRUISE HOTEL IN Fort LAUDERDALE:  IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED THAT YOU ARRIVE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CRUISE. For guests that will be arriving on the day prior to the cruise, hotel information and shuttle to the cruise terminal will be provided at a later date. 

AIRFARE:  GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE TO FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA.  AIRFARE WILL BE PROVIDED BY ROYAL CARIBBEAN'S CHOICE AIR - AIR2SEA PROGRAM.  You will receive the number once your reservation is made and you will be able to contact them directly to make your flight arrangements to Fort Lauderdale.  You can also contact your preferred airline directly to make your reservations. 

TRAVEL INSURED INTERNATONAL - TRAVEL INSURANCE MUST BE PURCHASED PRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT - THE DEADLINE TO PURCHASE IS APRIL 30TH. Below is a link that will allow you to purchase the Group Travel Protection Plan for your trip. Rates are based on overall trip cost and not age. You will need to enter your full trip cost for accurate coverage. For all plans except the Group Lite you will need to make your purchase prior to final trip payment in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver. If purchasing the Group Lite plan you will need to make your purchase within 14 days of your initial trip deposit in order to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver.
